Kareena Kapoor Khan has hailed Pune Police’s ingenious touch to an awareness campaign against COVID-19. The campaign uses a spin-off of the popular and timeless song, “Ay bhai zara dekh ke chalo”, from Raj Kapoor’s classic film from 1970, Mera Naam Joker. 

Maharashtra Health Minister Rajesh Tope announced on Sunday that iconic vocalist Lata Mangeshkar’s health is better. The 92-year-old singer got hospitalised at the Breach Candy Hospital’s Intensive Care Unit (ICU) last week after testing positive for COVID-19 with mild symptoms.

Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor are currently holidaying somewhere as the actress has shared a series of pictures on her Instagram handle. Pinkvilla has learned that director Nitesh Tiwari has now signed Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani for his next film. The film is set to be an entertaining love story which will be produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. Details of the love story are under wraps and Varun and Kiara are most likely to begin shooting in mid-February. We will have to wait and watch to see when an official announcement will be made. 

Cricketer Virat Kohli took everyone by surprise when he announced that he is stepping down as the captain of the Indian cricket team for test matches. Wife Anushka Sharma has stood by him like a rock and the actress’ love is evident in the powerful note that she penned for him.

Malayalam superstar Mammootty has tested positive for COVID-19. The Mamangam actor took to Twitter and shared the same with his fans. “Despite taking all the necessary precautions I have tested Covid Positive yesterday,” Mammootty tweeted. He further shared that he is doing well and has nothing major besides a mild fever.
